Foreigners who are married to a Filipina, can obtain an entry Visa for a year withhout problems stamped in passport. The named Balik Bayan Visum. The visa stamped in the passport and it consist:

• Filipinos permanently residing abroad.
• Filipinos who have accepted another citizenship.
• For all who are married to a Filipina.
• Whether she is still a Filipina or supposing other citizenship.

To received this stamp in the passport, the following credentials are necessary:

• Upon entry the Filipina spouse must be presented.
• The marriage certificate must be presented translated in English.
• The Clearance officer absolutely must speak to.

If the official is not noted in the rule usually you will get a 30 days duration of stay.
