Entry Requirements

Typically, you will get first a Tourist Visa only with duration of intended stay (ex from 01 to 12th of june). Later, the Embassy can also issue a Tourist Visa, which is entitle to a certain number of days to remain in a period (ex. 30 days between 01. May and 30. June). Maximum of stay is always the number of days specified in the Visa. The validity of Tourist Visa is one year or more and with registered residence time of 90 days are allowed to be, howver a total of 90 days per half year stay in Germany or in another Tourist land. From 18.10.2013 pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 1 has a Tourist Border´s Code changed calculating the permissable of stay both in the context of a Tourist Visa and for a Nationalso Visa entering third Tourist land. Instead of a previous observation (90 days within 6 months from the date of entry) forward in the time. In the future finds a flexible backwards observation "used of 90 days a period of time from 180" days also there is a control date for backward observation.

Example for this new Regulation

Let`s assume, a Foreigner has a Annual Visa for the Tourist States valid from 01.01.2016 to 31.12.2016. On 18.10.2016 it is situated in tourist States, to evaluate his legality the period of stay. This day from 22.04.2016 to 18.10.2016 is considered exactly the period of 180 Calendar days which ends in October 18. Now all the days are counted in this period of stay, at which the Alien has resided in Tourist States, or to left the country. If the number of such days is not larger than 90 days, then staying on that day on the 18th of October is legally. If the Foreigner is not migrating legally of his stay is counted again in the following day. But this time is another namely from 23.04.2016 to 19.10.2016 again is 180 days but the beginning and end of the dates of period of stay are postponed by one day. This review is led everyday on the which the Alien in the Tourist States is stying.
